About

About Restore Bloom Psychotherapy

Welcome to my practice! My name is Katrina Charlow, a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Nevada. I am dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing space for individuals to embark on their journey towards holistic well-being. I am committed to offering comprehensive therapeutic services that cater to the unique needs of each individual. I believe in the power of self-discovery and personal growth, and I strive to empower my clients to move forward in life's challenges and restore balance.

The relationship between client and therapist is a central component connected to the effectiveness of therapy and producing meaningful therapeutic change. As a first generation Filipino-American, I have searched for professionals that can relate and understand me. As I find value in the relationship between client and therapist, it is now an honor to hold the role as a professional for those that share similar experiences as I did in finding cultural attunement and collaborative care. For those that can relate, my intention is to provide a non-judgmental safe space to hold what is needed to (re)bloom into our authentic selves.

I provide individual adult therapy experiencing significant behavioral and/or emotional distress and disturbances impacting peer and family relationships, self-esteem and confidence, and academic/work performances. I also provide individual therapy dealing with relationship conflict, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and cultural adjustment issues.

Outside of my work, you can find me reading a book, journaling, catching a concert or a flight, and enjoying all the things in-between as a wife and a mother to my two amazing daughters.
